Pick Up Organic Produce

Join an Organic, Fresh produce CO-OP and pick up our bag at our Meetups twice a month.
The cost is $24 per pickup (1 bag) . This would total $48 monthly – 1 bag each pickup totaling 2 bags. No contract.
As a special offer to our group:
$20 membership fee is WAIVED (for now)!
Produce is mostly local and ALL organic.
If there are any produce items you would not care to see in your bag, they can substitute for more of the other items.
You will get:
7 – 11 different kinds of produce in the bag.
2 types of fruit – about 2-6 of each type
1 type of leafy green (i.e. kale, collards)
1 head of romaine lettuce
“Hard” vegetable i.e.:
Potatoes – (not russet) small, red/blue and or sweet (no white)
Examples of past bag contents:
Haas avocado, lime, cilantro, tomatoes, corn, romaine lettuce, white nectarines & red kale.
Another one was:
baby spinach, arugula, portobello mushrooms, clover sprouts, cauliflower, watermelon and leeks.
There is no contract.
Please RSVP according to how many bags you would like to order (i.e. + 1, +2, etc.) not how many of you will be attending.
Participants will mail payments MONTHLY, in advance.
This months’ orders will be prepaid in full ($48) – payment to be received now.
If you need to skip a pick up, they will credit your payment and apply it to your next order (You must provide at least 4 days notice.)

The name of the person to whom you will write your check will be sent to you in a private message.
Adjustments to contents of bags can be made for those with dietary and/or allergy concerns.
The Venice Holistic Community Center has graciously permitted us to use their facility as a pick up location. In order to protect their 501c status, all participants will be asked to sign the following Hold Harmless Agreement upon pickup:
“The Co-Op Produce Pick-up Provider, Rhona Winchell, operates independently of The Venice Holistic Community Center, herein after called VHHC. The VHHC will not assess the suitability, legality or ability of Rhona Winchell or any Co-Op Produce Pick-up Providers. The VHHC is not responsible for Rhona Winchell or any Co-Op Produce Pick-up Providers food preparation or safety and does not verify their compliance with applicable laws or regulations. The VHHC has no responsibility or liability for acts by Rhona Winchell or any third-party Co-Op Produce Pick-up Providers.”
