This plant-based mayonnaise is so rich and full of flavor that you will not miss your old egg and oil based mayonnaise.  The base of this recipe is tofu that is blended with the perfect balance of sour, sweet, and salty.  There are a few vegan mayonnaises on the market, but all of them contain mostly oil.  We love to use this nut free mayonnaise for sandwiches, dressings, and sauces.
