Upcoming Events
Healing Immersion - June 22 – June 28, 2025
You’ll arrive Sunday afternoon for a group dinner, setting the stage for your transformative week.

Each morning you’ll engage in informative sessions led by Nelson Campbell. He’ll share the health benefits of plant-based nutrition and the story of his father (famous researcher, Dr. T. Colin Campbell), and he’ll facilitate discussion about the challenges of making and sustaining lifestyle change.

Before lunch and then again in the afternoons, acclaimed chef and cookbook author Kim Campbell, will provide culinary instruction, which will include opportunities for you to get your own hands dirty making delicious dishes, including some of the meals you’ll be enjoying. Kim will show that plant-based dishes can be delicious, affordable, and easy to prepare.

Along with instruction, you’ll have time for walks around the small mountain town of Saluda and for other local excursions, such as a beautiful waterfall hike. After each full day, you’ll ease into your evenings in a relaxed atmosphere, socializing and making new friends. You’ll also enjoy entertainment on a couple of evenings.

The small group atmosphere of the immersion will provide opportunities for group participation and dialogue throughout. As you hear other people’s stories and share your own, you’ll quickly form friendships that endure long after you go home. This human connection may be what you remember most from this transformative program.
