This recipe uses agar, which is a type of seaweed that comes in a powdered form and becomes gelatinous when dissolved in water and cooked. It’s a great substitute for gelatin.

If you have an Instant Pot®, making yogurt is a simple process that takes very little effort. The flavor is tangy and perfect every time.
