Peanut Butter Cup Bars
‘Gather round peanut butter and chocolate lovers because these two ingredients are the star of this insanely delicious and easy no-bake dessert bar! These treats have only five ingredients, creating a rich, creamy and delicious dessert that begins with a peanut butter base complemented by a thick chocolate topping. These are SO GOOD!

Ingredients
Peanut Base
- 1 1/2 cup oats
- 1 cup pitted dated
- 1/2 cup all natural peanut butter
- 1/2 cup peanuts
Chocolate Topping
- 1 cup vegan chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup all natural peanut butter
Directions
- Line a 9 x 9-inch baking pan with parchment paper. Set aside.
- In a food processor, process the oats and dates until you have a crumbly mixture. Add the peanut butter and peanuts and continue pulsing until the mixture holds together when shaped by your hands. Press and smooth the mixture into an even layer in the prepared baking pan and set aside.
- Place the chocolate chips and peanut butter into a microwave and melt by microwaving in 30-second intervals until melted. Pour the chocolate sauce over the top of the peanut base.
- Place the bars into the refrigerator for 2 hours or until set. (You can also place the bars in the freezer to shorten to set time.)
- When set, cut into squares. Keep refrigerated or store in the freezer.
